Riders braved hot temperatures and huge hucks at this round of WORCS. A favorite location of many racers, Honolulu Hills was another “Super Weekend” where bikes and quads compete on the same track at different times.

Beau Baron took his fourth straight WORCS win this year at Honolulu Hills in Taft, California. He and teammate David Haagsma battled it out neck and neck for a few laps, but it was Baron who took top spot on the podium with a healthy lead in the end. In third place came Dustin Nelson to wrap up the Pro podium. Baron also set the fastest lap of the weekend, edging out Robbie Bell, who won the Pro bike class, by a mere 5/10th of a second. QuadX released this video of Dustin Nelson at the opener at Glen Helen and it’s pretty cool. We usually don’t care for the GoPro mounted to the helmet look (it’s so small, get creative!) but this shows you how rough the track was for these guys. They’ve got to work hard for their entire moto.

  ITP Quadcross Round 7 – 9/18/10 Speedworld MX Park Surprise, AZ Round seven of the 2010 Yamaha/ITP Quadcross series was held at Speedworld MX; the second of two Saturday night races on this year’s schedule and our last race in Arizona for 2010. Temperatures peaked at 107 degrees just before practice got underway but
