Road tripping to events is a necessary evil for most racers these days. Unfortunately healthy eating can quickly get tossed out the window as soon as you leave your driveway. You train hard and are mindful about what you eat at home, there’s no reason to blow your diet once you hit the road. I’m here to offer some tips and suggestions so your body has the fuel to keep you going once you get to the track.
