Ryno Power Summer Smoothie Recipes

Tired of the same ol’ protein routine? Mix it up with some great smoothie recipes from Ryno Power. We absolutely love the Chocolate PB smoothie (we use almond butter) with a dash of cinnamon and some chia seeds. Tropical Fruit Smoothie

 

 

 

Ingredients

1 cup of Acai juice (or preferred fruit juice)
1 1/2 cups of ice
1 cup of fresh or frozen strawberries
1 cup of almond milk
1 cup of water
1 banana
2 tbs coconut oil
1 leaf of kale

Optional ingredients:
2-4 tbs of chia seeds

Directions:

Blend until mixed
Add 2 scoops of Ryno Power Vanilla Protein
Blend lightly for 5-10 seconds

*add more water if smoothie is too thick

Enjoy!

 

 

 

In the mood for a rich chocolate milk shake? Try this

instead!

Creamy PB & Chocolate Banana 
Ingredients

1 1/2 cups of ice
2 cups of almond milk
1 cup of water
1 banana
4 tbs of almond or peanut butter

Optional Ingredients

 

1-2 tbs of hemp seeds

 

Directions:

Blend until mixed
Add 2 scoops of Ryno Power Chocolate Protein 
Blend lightly for 5-10 seconds

*add more water or milk if smoothie is too thick
